The Women of the NRC each year strive to offer a one-day retreat on a topic of interest. These retreats are organized by a planning committee and, depending on the topic, are led by either an outside facilitator or by our women themselves.

The day will generally include time for fellowship, discussion, sharing, drama, singing, creativity, prayer, as well as a special luncheon.  

Recent retreat topics included “Cultivating a Life of Gratitude” (2014), “Living out our Faith Through Works” (2015), and “The Art of Prayer” (2018).
