Summer Sunday School 2018 concluded on August 12 with the final lesson in this year’s Sharable Parable series.  The children heard the story of the person from Samaria, who demonstrated that we need to love and care for ALL of our neighbors, regardless of how alike or different we are.  God wants us to love others as He loves us, living God’s commandment to “love your neighbor as you love yourself.”  The Good Samaritan showed his LOVE in ACTION.

Thank you to Mrs. Suzi O’Brien and Ms. Michele Kopp for sharing this lesson with the children, and thank you to the more than 15 families who participated in this year’s Summer Sunday School.

Sunday School will be in recess from August 19 – September 2.  The Fall session will begin on Homecoming Sunday, September 9.  Watch this space for more information to follow.
