Summer Sunday School is underway with the second lesson scheduled for Sunday, July 16.  Following the Junior Sermon, children from age 4 and up will meet as a group in Rooms 103/104 for a lesson about the account of the Parting of the Red Sea from Exodus 14:15-31.  In reflecting on the story of the Israelites’ escape from the Egyptians, this lesson focuses on our sense of awe when we’re in the midst of the creation and also our amazement when God helps us when we feel afraid and hopeless.
