NRC was responsible for the February 25th Soup Kitchen at the Schenectady Salvation Army. We shopped, chopped and served a vegetable beef goulash. Salad, fruit cocktail and a variety of desserts were served along with the main dish. A total of 121 attendees (76 adults, 3 children and 42 seniors) were served and 6 people returned for seconds. Volunteers included John Del Signore, Eileen Eldred, Carol Holmes, Karen Moak, Joan Peebles, Paul Russell, Judy Valente, Barb Valenti and Tiffanie Wood. Thanks to all those who donated their time and talents!
