Pastor Jason will be taking some time off beginning Saturday, June 6th through Saturday, June 13th. John Moak, member of NRC and Preaching Elder for Schenectady Classis, will be preaching on Sunday, June 7th. Pastor Jason is invites you to a service of lament on Thursday evening at 7pm. We are experiencing overlapping crises in our country, local communities, and our personal lives. To lament is to express grief, sorrow, mourning, and regret. The Bible demonstrates lamenting as a necessary part of our life of faith, yet we may not often give ourselves the space and time to lament. What you can expect is a service guided by scripture, music, and other prayers. There will be no dialogue or sermons, simply a space to come before God in prayer and reflection.
