We still need a couple spots filled for the Flea Market this SATURDAY, September 25th.

Volunteers will still need–

1) Parking attendants – these folks can help by directing traffic for parking near the parsonage and in the field by the parsonage

a.  1 more needed for 9-12 AND  3 more needed from 2 pm-4 pm

2) Runners-–these folks periodically collect money from the ticket taker for parking and collect food orders from vendors and deliver their food

a. 3 more needed from 9-12 AND  3 more needed from 12-4 pm

3) Relief--Provide relief throughout the day for the parking attendants–any timeframe

4) Breakdown/Clean up–4 spots still available —you can never have too much help with clean up!!

Bakers/Cooks we still need–

4 Pies

1 Vegetable Soup

1 Chowder

If you can’t commit to the entire time slot as stated above, please let us know if you would be able to cover a “mini-shift” (1 hour or 2?) during these times.

Please contact LINDA GARDNER for kitchen help and LYNNE BARNARD-AVVEDUTI for any other volunteer posts!  Also feel free to see Lynne on the day of the Flea market to check if you can be of any assistance.  If you need to drop off food that you made, please contact Linda Gardner to set up a good time.  Ellen will be in the office ALL day on Thursday, if that works best for your schedule!
