Our Mission of the Month Collection benefits World Central Kitchen.  World Central Kitchen is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization devoted to providing meals in the wake of natural disasters.   Founded in 2010 by celebrity chef Jose Andres, the organization prepared traditional food in Haiti following a devastating earthquake.  Since then WCK is first to the frontlines, providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate and community crisis.
