Many thanks to our volunteers for their help distributing breakfasts and lunches at Mont Pleasant Middle School in Schenectady last week. Although a different system, it provided daily nourishment and an opportunity to get to meet new families and SICM staff. Between 30-40 meals were given out daily, mainly “family style”-one or two members would collect for their family. Their arms and backpacks were filled!
