Local cookbook author and food blogger, Alexandra Stafford visited with a group of women in the NRC Kitchen on Saturday, August 12 to demonstrate her easy-to-follow method of making her mother’s no-knead peasant bread. Not only did the group watch the easy step-by-step process, but we were also able to test the finished product, which got rave reviews all around.
Many of the women asked how to get copies of the book, so Alexandra will be providing copies to anyone who’d like one, at her cost of about $17.00 per copy (list price is $30.00), complete with an author signature.
