Mark your Calendars for the Annual Congregational Meeting

Per our church by-laws, the 2016 Annual Congregational Meeting is scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 11 immediately following our worship service, at approximately 10:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. The congregation will be voting on a Consistory Slate of four Elders and two Deacons. As President of Consistory, Rev. Fulkerson will provide the President’s Report. Gary Male, Chair of the Finance Committee, and Paul Alois, Treasurer, will provide a financial update and present the proposed budget for 2017. This is your opportunity to hear about the state of our congregation and the plans for the year ahead. We hope you will take the time to join us for this important gathering.
