There will be a Book/Bible Study on Philip Yancey’s Book, “The Jesus I Never Knew.” The options for these gatherings will be on Monday evenings at 7:00pm beginning Monday, February 20th or Wednesday mornings at 10 am starting February 22nd.

We are excited to announce that we will be holding a New Member’s Class at 11am, upstairs in the Lounge of the Christian Education Building the Sundays of March 26, April 2, and April 16. The classes will include a light lunch and all materials for the class will be provided. We are having our next Brooks BBQ on Wednesday, April 19th August 17th, 3 PM – SOLD OUT. We need volunteers to help us the day of the BBQ. There will be a need for inside help: assembling the chicken dinners, bagging dinners, and transporting dinners to the pickup tables. Outside help: ticket sales, traffic direction, and runners to take assembled dinners to the cars. A person will also be needed to keep track of the number of dinners sold.
Back by popular demand: BROWNIES!!! Baking and donating brownies are a great way to help it you can’t volunteer the day of the BBQ. We need you to bake at least 3 dozen brownies without nuts, cut them into approximately 3 x 3 squares and put them into individual plastic baggies.
If you can volunteer April 19th, there will be signup sheets for volunteering and baking brownies in the main hall of the Education Building.

The NRC Property Committee is hosting a clean-up day on Saturday, April 29th at 9 am, and they need your help! Every participant will receive donuts and water! Children and families are especially encouraged to attend. Please bring rakes and work gloves! If you have any questions, please contact Scott Haefner at 518-842-7167.

On Sunday, December 10 at 3PM, the Music Company Orchestra will be presenting Holiday Magic in the fellowship hall here at NRC. Alan Holmes, a member of the NRC choir, will be playing clarinet in the orchestra.
